By using the NiViH Weaves website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. This is a general template and should be reviewed by a legal professional before going live.
Products
Our sarees are handwoven, so slight variations in colour, weave and measurement are natural and not defects. We try to display colours as accurately as possible, but actual shades may vary between screens.
Pricing & payment
- All prices are in INR and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net-banking).
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. As many pieces are one-of-a-few, an item may sell out before an order is confirmed; in such cases we will notify you and issue a refund where applicable.
Coupons & offers
Coupon codes are subject to their conditions (minimum spend, validity, caps) and cannot be combined unless stated. We may modify or withdraw offers at any time.
Shipping & returns
Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping and Returns & Refunds policies, which form part of these terms.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images and design — belongs to NiViH Weaves or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.
