Are your sarees genuine handloom?
Yes. Every saree is authentic handloom, handpicked in person from weaving clusters across India and quality-checked before dispatch.
How much is shipping?
Flat ₹59 on orders below ₹1,499, and free on orders of ₹1,499 and above. We ship across India.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched in 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days after that, depending on your location.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit/debit cards and net-banking through our secure Razorpay checkout.
Do prices include GST?
Yes, all prices are inclusive of GST. The tax breakup is shown on your order and invoice.
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery, with a short video of the product and the issue. Each request is reviewed and, once approved, the return is accepted. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.
Is a blouse piece included?
It varies by saree. Whether a blouse piece is included is listed on each product page under the saree details.
How do I track my order?
Track it any time on the Track Order page with your order number and email. You will also receive tracking details by email once your order ships.
